Massy Larizadeh founded New Horizons in 2016 after three decades of international corporate experience in advisory and principal roles.

Her motivation to leave the corporate world was to work with founders and senior executives of small organisations, scale-up companies and emerging investment managers, to broaden their investor base, articulate their strategies and ultimately help them achieve their goals.

New Horizons Advisory is committed to listening and understanding the vision of founders and to challenging and working with them to reach their full potential.

Massy has a BSc from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA and an MBA from Insead, France. She also acts as a non-Executive Director on a number of Boards.

She speaks English, French, Farsi and holiday-Italian!
